When you submit an enrollment form, review, message, or any other content to us, you agree that it is your own original content and that it does not violate anyone else's rights. You may not submit or transmit any material that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or that contains viruses or other harmful code. We may remove any content, at any time, without notice.
Submitting an enrollment form is a request for training, not a confirmed reservation. A class or range appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it directly with you. Course fees, schedules, class sizes, and curriculum are subject to change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided to you at the time of enrollment.
Attendance and completion requirements are set by the instructor and by applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any student from a class or range session for unsafe conduct, and to decline to issue a certificate of completion where the requirements have not been met.
Nothing on this Site and nothing presented in our courses is legal advice. Firearm law, including California use-of-force law and concealed carry licensing requirements, changes over time and is applied to the specific facts of each situation. You are responsible for your own compliance with all federal, state, and local law. Consult a licensed attorney regarding your particular circumstances.
Completing a course with PG-13 CCW Training Academy does not guarantee that any licensing authority will issue, renew, or approve a permit. Issuing authority rests solely with the relevant agency.
Firearms training involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. Participation in live-fire instruction requires you to sign a separate waiver and release, to follow all range safety rules, and to comply with every instruction given by our staff and by range personnel at all times.
The materials on this Site are provided "as is." PG-13 CCW Training Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the materials on this Site are accurate, complete, current, or error-free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or free of viruses or other harmful components.
