Peter has trained Southern California gun owners since 1992. As a California DOJ Certified CCW Instructor and NRA-certified firearms instructor based in Van Nuys, he teaches every course himself — the classroom hours, the use-of-force law, and the live-fire qualification.
His standard is simple: a permit is paperwork — competence is what keeps you and everyone around you safe. Students leave trained, not just certified.
Peter holds California DOJ CCW instructor certification and NRA firearms instructor credentials — the same standard your county reviews when it accepts your training certificate.
